Our contact, enquiry and “hire a caregiver” forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, the service you are enquiring about, and anything you choose to write in the message field. Our newsletter sign-up asks for an email address and nothing else.
You decide how much to tell us. The email address is the only field we require.
Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time — which are used to keep the site secure and working. WordPress, which runs this site, sets a small number of functional cookies the site needs in order to operate.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other third-party tracking on this website. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

This website is an enquiry channel, not a clinical system. Please do not send detailed medical or diagnostic information through the forms on this site. Call us instead, and we will ask for what we need in the right way.
If you or a family member becomes an Ameriwell client, the health and service information we hold while providing care is governed by the notice of privacy practices we provide to clients, and by the federal and New Jersey rules that apply to us as a provider — not by this website policy.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
This website is intended for adults — families, support coordinators, and people looking for work with us. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiry email is limited to the staff who need it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — which is the other reason not to send medical detail through a web form.
Some pages link to sites we do not control, such as job boards and social media. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
